With gray hair and a beard, the dashing celebrity continues to capture the eyes of her beloved fans. How does Clooney maintain his 1997 and 2006 Sexiest Man Alive reputation with great success? According to People, George Almost every evening Clooney enjoys family dinners.
Clooney and his wife Amal have twin children Ella and Alexander. Although they are self-proclaimed terrible chefs, their personal chef is known to be the master of the kitchen, bringing the family together for delicious meals.
According to Clooney’s interview Peopletheir chef Viviana Frizzi “can make anything, including handmade pesto gnocchi that will make you cry.”
He also told the magazine that now, because of the twins, their chef cooks for the family almost every night.
“Going out is not as easy or as exciting as it used to be,” he said.
These family meals are known to help increase longevity and happiness. According to the Blue Zone Diet, having strong social bonds with purpose and a sense of community, including putting family first and maintaining a healthy support system, is the way to live to at least 100 years of age. These family meals that the Clooneys share are part of the diet lifestyle as it’s more than just the food you eat.
However, the food the Clooneys eat is the same as the blue zone diet choice. Their chef hails from Italy, the same country as Sardinia, one of the five parts of the world with the highest percentage of people living to be 100 or older.
They eat fresh, homemade meals that the whole family enjoys. According to People, George and Amal are enjoying a margarita pizza with arugula. Along with their weekly pizza nights, their chef cooks everything from sushi to Lebanese and Indian cuisine. She also cooks risotto and other Italian dishes.
Even the twins have expanded their palette to try all of their chef’s delicious dishes.
“Geminis aren’t picky eaters,” Chef Frizzy tells the magazine. The twins will eat salmon, tomato risotto, margherita pizza, and raspberry ricotta.
As much as George loves the fresh, nutritious food he eats, he would rather sit with his family and enjoy the food than cook it.
“Honestly, Amal and I are such bad cooks that any lesson from Vivi in the kitchen would be like teaching a whale to fly,” he tells the magazine.
